My regular feature was to post a recipe of the month for the last Sunday of the month, but I thought it would be today, not last Sunday! So, you will get 2 recipes from me this month! Exciting, isn’t it?! (sarcasm noted)
I will focus on what you can have during the 24-Day Challenge.
I recommend you focus on a colorful, well balanced diet full of lean proteins, fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Also, water is key and it is important to have sensible portion sizes. This isn’t a fad diet that eliminates entire food groups.
