Play Down Plateaus

Don’t get discouraged if the scale doesn’t move; it happens.  Have a positive mindset, and just celebrate the fact that you didn’t GAIN any weight.  Having a positive attitude can definitely help on your weight loss journey.

If there hasn’t been a change in three months, it’s time to reconsider your diet and exercise plan.
